Continuing on since I never got a chance to reply regarding my parking Citation.....I would ever park on or in front of my house facing traffic! No i don't live on a one way street nor a super narrow street....I just happen to be inside when this cop tried finding some trouble on our street, even went as far as treatening several neighbors of my regarding them parking on the street! I normally don't park on the street unless I'm cutting my yard on working on a car in my long dual driveway...No biggie I'll contest it or have the date changed .....I'm not paying this crap.....no matter how much it is or isn't!

 

Going to take it to court, then?

 

I didn't see a deadline or due date, but I;ll go to court and have it rescheduled.....

 

DAMN that sucks....going to court soon also....

Same thing happened to me years back in front of the house. Sent in a check for $20 and a letter explaining the situation. You will have to pay, assuming the cop is in court. I've fought every moving violation I've been ticketed for and the cop showed up every time. You might have better luck with a parking ticket though. But you did break the law if you were facing the wrong direction.

 

yea not much argument there. YOu parked the car the wrong direction. Could possibly have it reduced if it is even an appearance ticket just for showing up
