Back on site

I have had a Datsun/Nissan since 1977 when I bought a 240Z and have never been without a Nissan since. The 240Z was a great car and in 1979 I put in a 350 Chevy and later a 327 Chevy. I put 156,000 miles on the car with the V-8 in it. To say it was a lot of fun is a big understatement. I later had a 280ZX, a 300ZX Turbo and then got into Maxima's. I had an 88 that had about 290,000 miles on it when I sold it and still did not use any oil between changes. I then bought a 96 that the wife used and then a 95. I still have the 95 and the wife ended up with the 96 in a divorce. Hated to loose the 96, but it was worth it. The 95 is still a great driving car, but coming from northern Ohio, it has a lot of rust.
What has prompted me to come back to the site is I just picked up an 03 Infinity I35 that is a beautiful car. Inside and out it is in very good condition. I got the car for a great deal as it has a blown head gasket. I have already bought an 02 Maxima engine and am in the process of swapping them out. I did not do a serious search for any Infinity sites and since the Infinity I35 and Maxima 5.5 gen are very similar, I hope to find what ever I need here.
Anyway, just wanted to say hi and I do appreciate any help and hope I can help others.
Randy
