Headlight and foglight aiming

Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone knew the correct way to aim the fog and headlights? I just purchased a 2000 Maxima, and they seem all out of order....
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

For the head lights find a big brick wall and park about 15 feet away and then open you hood and find two long rods with plastic peaces on them right by the head light one is for up and down the other is side to side and im not sure how to do the fog lights.

I think it's something like 4 inches below the level of the headlights at 20 ft away.

I meant to say that the headlights should be shined on a vertical wall 20 ft away, with the brightest area 4 inches below a horizontal plane extended to the wall from the headlight level. I'm not even sure that's the rule.
I re-aimed my HIDs by seat of the pants so I get good visibility without blinding people.
The foglight aim from the factory was too low to be of any use at all. I raised the aim so they project light farther out onto the road, but still angled down.
