96sleeper and other SE drivers

I just wanted to let you know that Warren (VeeTec) called me tonight and said that the races at Steele are definitely on for Sunday. They open at 1pm I believe and run until dark. I'm waiting for Matt to break into the 14s and like to see some other Maxs (especially an old 3rd gen VE 5spd like I used to have) there as well.

Warren is expecting to have his Y-pipe on by then. He claims he'll be able to take me now. Ofcourse I may have an extra trick up my sleeve (falls out of chair laughing like a lunatic)

I will try to make it

I was really ****ed about last Sunday, they said they were going to be open and then they changed their mind and closed. Good thing I didn't drive 2 hours for nothing. I would really like to go, but I am not sure yet. We have a Nashville max meet Saturday, and then I would have to drive 2 hours home from school, and then another 2 hours to Steele, not to mention the 4 hour trip home on Sunday. Mark my words though, next time I go to the track I will hit 14's. I don't care if it is a 14.999. Maybe we can get Victim64 to go too, because he is wanting to go pretty bad. Ed, I will get back to you with an email or something. Btw, what is the weather looking like?

Ed, I didn't say my car would take yours...lol, just said you'd better watch out. If the Y-Pipe does at it advertises, then you better nail your launch.

As far as the weather goes, couldn't be much better, Sunny and 61!

The more the merrier.
