That's not true... When Jeff (Shadow) won, his car was probably slower then yours and most other cars..
he is an automagic. hehe... There have been some other slow cars, although you are right, the slower ones rarely win. although the 3rd gens that won have all been not so fast, except for probably David with the chromallusion 93 GXE. Btw, theblue, delos's times were 13.3 before the NOS i believe that's fast enough

Lemme tell ya, I have chatted with him a bit. He knows is stuff! Power shifting on the boost, he's a braver man than I. Once he gets his clutch situatuation sorted out he will be a mid 12sec ride for sure!

i could have came close to that in my auto with nos if i could have caught traction. NED uses sand instead of VHT to prep though
