This story reminds me of back in 2001 my dad got his 98 max stolen in NY, which he invested about a extra 10 grand in, tvs sound system playstation2 etc, stupid thieves seen cops in traffic jumped out ran left car running, turns out they had a master key from the dealer

 

Just a great overall story of how people even people you don't know can come together to help others in a time of need and lift someones spirits. Wish there were many more people out there like that. Many props to those who donated and helped lift that members spirits.
