My Mechanic has violated my Max!

well I went to my maxama just to visit it because its been almost 2 months since I've driven it and the mechanic had a truck parked in front of it I did not have a good feeling so I ran my hand across the front hood line and then I felt a huge crease and paint flaking. THE MOTHER FUCHER BACKED IN TO MY MAX! Its also against a tree

get a police report before you confront him. That way he won't have time to cover it up.

yes, he is reaponsible for your car. If his shop has insurance it shouldn't be a big deal. Maybe time to get a CF hood.

Thats what I was wondering. I mean at 2 months I would look into another mechanic for more reasons than just the hood.

He says the gears where burnt and the diff plate was blue which equals abuse and powershifting I started yelling at the guy because the diff plate was blue because that my trans axle slipped out and I leaked out gear fluid for a week and my LSD did not work! also he said it was from powershifting which I hate powershifting and cant. Second my Centerslip clutch sucked and It did not akllow me to put any pressure on the tranny. A few people at the pike know how good my clutch was as did my mechanic which I test drove my max with and noticed that my clutch was slipping after tranny work was done. He wanted another $600 to replace the clutch which I told him about before he worked on the tranny.

I think I'm going to cry! That car has got to get back in your hands! One of my worst nightmares is the kind of thing you're going through now... I wish I could help somehow.

Give me his business name and address. I might be able to help you, (Maybe).. My cousin is a lawyer, but law is different in every state. She can type a letter I can send you and maybe scare him a little. She type's them for me when I have problems like this. works sometimes. I had the same prob on toyota tacoma. It threw a rod . They said crank had heat spots because I didnt change oil. That is crap. They changed my block when I gave them her letter. Maybe it'll help.
