Timing chain/tensioner (weird noises)

My 2017 Maxima bow has 120k miles on it. Runs fairly well but there is some weird issues going on that I can't seem to pin down. Leaning timing chain/tensioner or an exhaust leak.

The exhaust has randomly got alot louder with the passenger side exhaust being noticeably louder during idle than the driver side. Today when starting it has a spudder but started with a noticable whine/hiss when giving gas while in park. Whine/hiss went away while in gear.

I'm also have a noticable vibration at highway speeds. CVT seems to be itself with noticable noise but I've had it for 10k miles with no shift changes.

Thoughts? Also what would a timing chain & tensioner replacement cost?
