Glad I am not the only one that likes the older Volvos. They look sweet with nice rims. And you can put an elephant on top and they wont crinkle... ha ha.

Wrong. The RAM srt-10 will be in the high 12's bone stock and run a .91 through the slalom. The lightning is in mid to low 13's. 500hp 500 lbs ft of torque and the vipers 6 speed = fastest truck ever made.
My .02cent's.If the Ram truck has no form of AWD,then i think the owner's need to stock up on tire's.A huge powerfull engine and no weight over the rear wheel's is not going to be a good thing......especially with 500hp/lbs ft of raw power.

I'll take one also. I think I'd still keep the maxima as my daily driver though.

If Nissan can make reasonably-priced car that is as well built as my 3rd gen and faster (which anything is), then I'll stick with them.

lol older Volvo, 850R? I was kinda thiking P1800 which are big bucks when mint, Amazons, 122's, and 145's. 850 is no older than a 4th gen as far as design goes.

I think this is more reputation issue than ignorance. Fact is, the domestic car makers have been producing crappy cars for such a long time that it has become a mindset that will take a while to let go of. It's only in the late 80s that they've woken up and realized that if they don't build a good car, people won't buy it.

I agree that today's domestics are better, but let's see just how long they'll keep building them that way. For too long it has always been about what they could get away with and maximizing profits.

Yes, they do have their problems and they aren't quite as reliable as God's Chariot, the Maxima, but they aren't near as bad as you Rice Boys profess. Ignorance is bliss. . . .
