Engine and transmission issues

History, up until the past few months I have found out that the car requires at least 91 octane gas. I had been using regular unleaded since I bought the car in 2019. Last year ( 2021 ) the car started acting rough and especially when the car was in drive would hesitate, stall and have serious issues with climbing hills while doing regular driving. I have sense been using 91 octane gas but that has not changed a lot with regular driving. I have changed the spark plugs and ignition coils with hardly any change. The trouble codes are for multiple misfires . The transmission hesitates and the car has stalled on many occasions. Thanks

Throttle body control module. I had a 2016 and it began to "judder" at low speeds, 20 mphish and uphill climb. Took it in and there was a TSB on a "Judder" issue. They replaced the unit and was fine after that. This may not be your problem, but it's worth a look.
