I picked up 2 friends and on the way to my house, a contour pulls up the light and revs, He had bald tires and kinda stayed there ( I didnt know he was racing) but when he started pullin, I gave a little gas and eventually had the pedal to the metal... goin ~ 60 mph or so, I had a car length and was pulling quick, but there was a red light ahead.. He was stick, I have auto w/ intake...... He said no mods, but his car was 2 loud 2 be stock

I thought those contours were fasT?

And he had Svt badging, and his rims were chrome svt....... hmm?

 

SVT Contours have 195-200 hp and are supposed to finish the 1320 in 15.2. Who knows, maybe he sucked as a driver, or u are a bad a$$ driver.

 

You pulled a car on him by 60? Possible. And stock Svt have a nice sound to them so he may not have been modded.

 

my friend just got a 5 speed Svt and im just a stock auto I got..how do u say Owned! not by that much maybe a car or two but still a contour

 

All that matters is that you love your Max though.........

well im really starting to think that I have a "faster" than normal max..... oh and he shifted pretty well from the sound, and I was manually shifitng my auto, but I messed up from d2 to d =( iono....... we'll see after i get 2 the track
