6th genaration Maxima???...

Hey everyone, this is my first post, being a newbie 'n all...

I was wondering if we could get a seperate thread started for the 2k2 Max, being that the engine has changed since the 5th gen. - and some of the 5th gen mods may not work with gen 6 (can we call them gen sixers???)

And I guess the 2k3 model will then be the 7th gen.

BTW: I've been following this group for a while now, and I must say you guys/gals have me HOOKED... Bought my GLE last month. Loving every driving minute! 3.9apr & edmunds.com TMV pricing... SWEEEETAAA... The Navigation system rocks, but I would prefer nationwide coverage (like Acura's DVD system in the TLs).

It's still a 5th gen. If we had a 5.6 gen forum the 3rd geners with VE's would want a 3.5 forum and yadda, yadda. It won't happen and I don't think it should happen.

They might have a point... as long as we keep posting with "2k2" in the subject, we should be fine

You'll feel right at home in the 5th gen forum. There are plenty of 2k2 owners in there.

For the most part everything you need to know about the 2k2 alot of it goes back to the 2000- 2001 anyhow. It seems you should get most thigns answered with just that alone.

Yeah, but you spelled 'You' wrong, and you didn't use a period in your sentence.
