Crankcase Breather Filter???

has anyone tried a products like this on on their maxima. Does it help or hurt?
any comments are welcome

I use a K&N version of what you are showing. The only reason I did that was to by pass the return hose and allow me to run my cai. I dont think it does a damn thing for performance though.
