Fried some Rice the other night

It was a yellow Integra LS/GS with - get this - a freakin corvette rear-end body conversion kit. Lowered to the ground. White 17" rims (Racing Harts?), and typical ricer fart-can exhaust. Funny as hell.

I got in behind him from about 100 yards or so behind and nailed it and came up on him real fast and then hit the brakes to let him know it was on. He got clear of some traffic and then we both had a nice opening for a brief run.

He went WOT (as evidenced by the deafening weed-wacker sound and his visibly rich exhaust). I nailed it in 2nd from about 25-30 mph and a couple of cars behind and pulled even with him by 60 and then pulled on him so bad in 3rd that I over-rotated/strained my neck from watching him as I flew by!

After that he didn't want to play no more. Even when a Civic Si joined in the fun.

The "Vettegra" and I both hit the on-ramp for a highway with him in the lead. He booked out of the toolbooth while I fumbled for some change. I caught up to him eventually and pulled alongside of him at 70mph and then jabbed the throttle in 3rd and then backed off.

After I did that he immediately got in an exit lane and got off

With the money for a Corvette rear-end conversion, you don't know what that guy has/can afford under his hood.

It wasn't nearly as clean as that. That was an "Accorvette"

Steve, sorry to go off topic, but do you remember the offset on your Accord? My sister just got some Tantrums for her '00 Accord V6 sedan, but I think the offset isn't right even though DiscountTires said it should fit. The Tantrums have an offset of +40, do you know if that fit a '00 Accord? I asked because it look kind of weird, the rims stick out a bit. Thanks.

I have no clue about rims. I'm a motorhead

Feel free to checkout www.accordv6.com though

Accords and TLs use really high offset, something like 45-50.

The guy at Tire Rack told my sister the factory rims have an offset of +50. That sound about right? If that's the case, the idiots at DiscountTires really messed up! I mean, rims sticking out a bit isn't normal right? I have seen other Accords with rims and their don't stick out like my sister's.

Good Kill. Your right Kev, picking on slower cars is a no-no, but if they pick on you first they're dinner.

Most of the time they always pick on us, they seem to underestimate the power of the Mighty MAX or just want to see what the can do.
