Need opinion on 2 Kosei wheels

I'm stuck between the silver and anthracite colors.

What looks best for a black SE (no chrome trim)? These will be for weekend racing - not daily.

Silver

Anthracite

I'd say silver because I don't like the solid gunmetal/anthracite/black wheels without a polished lip. It looks too much like a "steelie" from a far. I've got the 16" silver K1s and I use them on a daily basis. They are super strong and light. Check out my homepage for a pic of K1 16s on a black SE.

Silver. The anthracite looks good on a light car, I think. I wish I had black rims on my beige.

Good choice in wheels...

Light and strong. I personally think silver is more practical for an everyday driver (you don't stick out like a sore thumb), but since it's only for weekend racing anthracite will be okay as well.

Do K1s have a center cover available? I have two K1s on my front with BFG Drag Radials when I race. They shipped without center covers. I'd like to have covers on there if I can get them. Please advise. By the way, I have silver K1's, and they look good on my Granite Pearl (dark purple) SE.

Also, if you want to enjoy the effects of a tire-induced gear change, get 15" wheels for the front, with low-profile tires... But I warn you, they'll mess with your speedometer and your odometer.

I've decided on 16" myself - I want the 7.5" width for support. I'm running 55 profile now on a 20lb wheel. I can always go 50, 45, and even 40 with this 15.5lb wheel and improve gearing almost 10%

Sounds like everybody likes silver...

BEJAY, definately go with the silver... BriGuyMax and I are both getting Anthracite (last I knew he was anyways) and the only thing more lame than 2 black maximas at a meet with the same wheels is 3!!! Just kidding man, get whichever you like, personally I am into the stealth look right now so that's why I'm going with anthracite.
