Anybody ever hear of...

...a Valeo clutch? I saw one on Ebay awhile back, $110 for the PP, Disc, T/O bearing, Pilot bearing and adjustment tool. Thought about getting one for my Max (104K mi. on the untouched tranny), but I'd never heard of Valeo. I hope it's like Kumho, cheap foreign stuff that's great.

Is this the same company that they are selling on custommaxima.com? I think the name sounds familiar.

No Valeo is not the clutch offered on Custommaxima.com but they are a reputable company. Their parts are offered as OEM or OEM replacement parts for many companies. I doubt it's going to be a "performance" clutch but probably a decent replacement for a stock clutch.
