question about stillen kit

i took my stillen kit to my body shop to get painted and asked about adding a flex agent to the paint. the guy said with the paints we use you dont need that. three days after i got my max back the paint is already cracking on the front lip, and i know i didnt even scrape on anything yet. would the flex agent help prevent this? or is the paint cracking a given with the front lip. just curios on this before i say something i shouldnt to my body shop. i thank you for any replys

The cracking is caused...

By the shop's lack of adding a flex agent. They should have known urethane would have needed it...

When I took my body kit in to be painted the auto body shop told me that they had to add a flex agent on the polyurethane.
