Changing CAI filter with stillen lip on?

how do you guys manage to change CAI air filters while the stillen lip is on? the only way I can change them is with the car jacked up and the fender liner pulled back. The lip will be in the way so I cant pull back the liner enough to reach in there and its hard to tighten the clamp from under the car or through the fogholes? I dont think I will like taking off the lip to change filters but I was thinking about cutting a little hole in the fender liner big enough to fit a screwdriver. any other ideas?

its already lowered but thats not my point. I want to know how do I change it since the stillen lip is in the way so I cant take off the fender well liner. The only way I can unscrew the clamp is pulling back the liner.
