Take a trip down the Maxima memory lane

I'd just like to pre-announce that Maximanet has been revived by Duke and has been up for a couple of weeks now.

To date the old site is up where you can peruse some classic Maxima's like the convertible 2nd gen, this sweet 4th gen and then some.

You are also welcome to sign up and join us in the community forums where we discuss things about Maxima's and the entire Nissan/Infiniti line-up.

A lot of good stuff will be revealed in the coming days such as a news portal (as what you'd see in Freshalloy) and some other goodies that's better kept a secret at this point

hmm

I do not remember "Maximanet" and I've been around since like 1999

Maximanet is laid out nicely though..
but there are too many forums around now.

Coz it started in '96

yeah, too many forums alright that's why this one will be different. think of it as a news gathering/featured (extensive if can be done) ride sort of site.

I was just curious. All of those cars didn't have clear corners, must have sucked to not be able to get clear corners on a modded max, ORANGE IS SO UGLY.

Also, no clear tails, or altezzas. We have it better off than them.

well the hear your point about the clear corners but i think the world would be a much better place without clear tails and altezzas.....

I hate to agree with you, but to a point you are right. There's just way too many implementations out there and some aren't even worth being in existence (e.g. clear tails)

I am liking those headlights! How come no has those! It said in the article those are just headlight covers. Hmm. How can we get those? They look like all new headlighthousins though, as each side has 2 housing (or two bulbs) and we only have one bulb on each side...

Also it seems like he cut out the middle part of the lower valence? If so that looks good.

Hate to disagree with you (now we're all haters here!) but I think clear tails clean up the lines of the car. Simpler. Then again, I don't hate Altezzas either ... (anti-hating hater )

Man that site is old. It shows jesse (superwagon) and John Y (GhostTTwheel) with maxima! I believe both of them got rid of their maxima's years ago. WOW that is all I can say.
