I just bought this muffler and now i am iffy about it. The body is much smaller than the rest of the street series. What difference is it gonna make? Not as load, more raspy, what? I would appreciate some input fellas. Thanks alot.

I hear that a good rule of thumb is that the shorter the "can" section of the muffler is, the louder it will be.

 

The can section of all of the street series are all about the same length........ i am talking about how big it is in general, (like top to bottom, circumference, how ever you want to word it....)

Mine is the 14827. See what I am talking about now? Its the smallest one. What difference in loudness is it going to have, or any other stat?

 

I see what you are talking about. I imagine that it will sound a bit louder than those other ones that are double walled and have a bigger can...
