Will a VB MOD effect a 95-96 diff. than 97-99

i have a 95...i ordered the vb mod on sat..and will be having it installed on wen....will the vb mod be more effective on my car rather than than say a 97-99 or the toher way around...my tranmission is pretty solid"knock on wood"....tell me what you guys think...

It should be exactly the same

i paid 450.00...if it works out i think it will be the best mod yet...cant wait...ethan u wanna race again once its installed and broken in....???i know i still will lose but i want to see by how much...
