I finally checked my tranny fluid from when it was last drained and cleaned. I noticed that they overfilled it quite a bit and I have been driving like that for several hundred miles. What type of damage will this do to my tranny? Anyone know? I have since drained the extra out and now running with the correct amount. I hope I haven't destroyed my car.

I'd sell it now if I were you. Only a matter of time untill it explodes.

Seriously, you should be just fine.

you should craw under the maxima and drain out a little. If you overfill...you could cause foaming problems with the trannie.
