Your opinion on price please

Anyone order some discount tire direct? if the wheels don't fit will they take it back without a hassel?

here is my quote for 18x8.5 Konig Imagines with 245/40 Yok AVSs.

"Hello, And thank you for writing to us!

Your tire/wheel package including all the hardware, mounted and balanced, with shipping would be $2119 U.S. The Eibach Pro kit is $285 including shipping. Shipping time is usually 7-10 days.

If you have any further questions, or would like to place an order, you can order from our web site, or call one of our sales agents at 1-800-589-6789.

Thank you
Internet sales"

Sounds like a decent price to me, what's your opinion, and yes it's in US funds.

The price is so high because of your tires. The wheels are only $225 to $240 and the price for the tires are $243 a tire...wow. Why not pick a different tire like the Nitto which is $154 a tire or maybe the Kumho's which are $129 a tire. So now that price of $2119 comes down to $1576 with the Nitto's before shipping and it would be $1476 for the Kumho's. Also from my calculation Discount is trying to charge you $187 for shipping which is bullcrap. Either way I would go with different tires, but it's your money so do what you want.

That is the downfall when you go above a 18 inch wheel the tires are like $225 a piece vice $175 or $185. Did you check and see if Whalentire.com has the wheels cheaper. I just ordered some wheels for my wife and they do have the cheapest prices that I ever ran into and yes he does carry Konig wheels. Give him a call or email steve.
