is it normal for it to sound like metalic crickets on a summer night at idle? It disappears and whistles normally only when i'm stepping on the gas. People from shops told me it could be a bad bearing..someone told me it's hitting a plate..blah blah.. but none of them ever played with a maxima...
i'm still looking for plugs for the k&n... got a bov and plugged the engine with a breather filter.
otherwise..i'm still enjoying my ride.
laterz!

only under idle does ours sound like a sewing machine. we have a v1 and it is pretty damn quite(one of the last v1 kits from stillen). I guess you can say metallic crickets because I have heard some other sc's sound like that.
