So in other word's, the cop implied that none of those thing's were ever in your car and you wanted to blame the tranny shop for it........great is all i will say.

Sorry to hear about your ****ed up situation. What was the name of this shop so just incase we are in that area, we don't have work done there.

 

report them to the BBB(Better Business Bureau)
also if u paid with your credit card see if u can pull somehtin off like a fraud or whatever,
if it is ok for them to screw you, why dont u screw them

 

you are just going to suck it up? you and i are way different people i guess. i would never let something like this simply pass. i mean, if it was vandalized in my driveway and there were no suspects i would then, "suck it up" since theres no other option. but here, you have legal grounds for a suit.

forget what the cop said. cops are not the law, theyre only simple pawns in the chess game of justice. a judge/jury is the law. i am certain if you took that shop to court they would quickly resolve the problem.

dayam, im still trippin. i could not let something like this pass and be like... would you just be like oh well if your sister was sexually assaulted? well, your car was vandalized, i would be just as outraged.

and hm, i dont know if you happened to just ignore my post about hooking you up with an attorney or not, but its here in this thread if you want to read it.
