Eletrical system help please...Engine Control 2 fuse

I hooked up my HKS TwinPower and the car was running. The ground doesn't seem to be at a good location so I decided to move it. While the battery was still connected, I accidently touched the ground wire of the HKS to the postive terminal of the battery. Now everytime I turned the car to the on position, the 10A engine control 2 fuse keeps blowing. I totally disconnected the HKS, but the fuse still keep blowing. Anyone have any ideas where I should check?

Anyone knows where the ECCS relay is? I think I might have shorted this relay out.

The relay was good. Checked all the ignition coils with an ohm meter and they were all good too. Now only left is the condensor, but I can't find the damn thing. Anyone where it is?

You have a direct short somewhere. You can drive yourself crazy if you don't trace it out systematically. The first thing to do is get a wiring diagram and make xerox copies of it. Highlight everything on the diagram that should be energized when the fuse blows. Unplug EVERY end device on the energized circuit, then put a new fuse in and turn on the switch. If the fuse doesn't blow, turn off the switch, plug in ONE end device, then check the circuit. Repeat for each end device until the fuse blows.

Now you have the circuit isolated but it still could be any part of the circuit. It could be the end device, the wiring harness or one of the wiring plugs. You can isolate the short further by disconnecting a wiring plug farther upstream of the end device and see if the fuse blows again.

After some more troubleshooting, it doesn't seem like I have a direct short. Whenever there is more than 2 coil packs connected, hooking up the third coil pack will blow the fuse. It doesn't matter which 2 coil packs. Is it possible all my coil packs are bad? But they all showing ~1.5ohm between the termial 1 (power) and 2 ( ground).
