It's a fine car IMHO if you're gonna keep it at least 5 years and you could care less about how a car looks. If you keep it a short time even at 24k it's no bargain, the depreciation is killer. Be sure to haggle with the dealers, I just bought a 2K2 SE auto in northern Mass for $21,999 (Before sales tax). Let the dealers know that you know there is a 3% dealer holdback on new Maxima's. You should be able to get one under dealer invoice and your $1000 rebate.

. Go to a BMW dealership and see what service you will get or price for service than come back here. M series is a great series but there are better in my mind for the same price I driven in a Brand new M3 many times and yeah its great but would I fork over about $60,000+ no! So lets stop comparing.
