The loose Stud saga solved and fixed...
Thanks for everybody that replied and tried to help.
None of the shops wanted to assume liability for the wheel if it gets damaged, so I stopped by my cousin on the way home, and we drilled through the stud. Started with thin drill bit, and got bigger and bigger untill we reached the threads and we were able to pull the lug nut off.
I got a new stud for $1.50 at the dealership and the shop that installed my hub-centering rings also installed the stud for $15.
Just happy everything is fixed so i'm going to drive around.
peace
