somebody was leeching my bandwidth on a carforum by using my pictures, exceeding my daily limit and shutting my site down.

Wow. You should maybe look into getting hosted somewhere that does not have a bandwith limit. Thats what I had to do for www.tromastyle.com when I got their page too much attention.
