HAS ANYBODY EVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS DEALING WITH DON COOPER AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CONCERNED, ESPECIALLY WHEN HE HAS ALREADY RECEIVED THE VALVE BODY AND PAYMENT? IT SEEMS THAT I CAN NEVER REACH HIM. I EMAIL AND CALL HIM; HE DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES. THIS IS WHY I AM POSTING THIS HERE IN AN OPEN FORUM BECAUSE I AM UNABLE TO GET A RESPONSE THE TRADITIONAL BUSINESS WAY VIA PHONE OR EMAIL. DON IT IS URGENT THAT YOU CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY.

This is not a forum for you to speak with Don about an order.

Do not post your phone numbers in a forum for obvious reasons.

Don does not come here much.

Continue to e-mail and/or call Don, the rest of us are not in charge of keeping up with his whereabouts.
