Lower your car

I want to know what would happen if you lowered your car on stock struct/shocks. I have Ground control coilovers and I wanted to know if I put them on without new strut what would happen.

Don't try it my friend...no chance the stock shocks can handle the Eibach linear rate race springs. Ideally you'll want a good, adjustable strut.

Why don't you do them both when you are in there? YOu are going to have to do all that crap over again when you have to replace your blown struts... seems like you would want to save yourself some time..

Plus the ride quality will be much better on the new struts.

So obviously the "BOOM" threats/reality didn't sway your judgment.

I'm confused as to why this board's existence mattered when Jeff92se's sister's cousin's daughter's boyfriend's husband's wife's gigolo's twice-removed cousin told you it was ok to do this.....
