Frankencar intakes
try e-mailing brian at brian@frankencar.com, i'd like to know to about this intake....
we apoligize for the delay on these, the biggest hold up has been the maf adapters, they are in the process of being fabricated now and we will have pipes ready soon to sell and then after that the whole kits. pricing should be the same as the 2k-2k1 kits and we are still unsure on fitlers, we might have apexi's by then. that's matt's goal for the week, to get us a bulk buy on those filters. if not we wil prolly have customer choice of a Monster flow or a K/N as we can't decide ourselves which one is better, so you get to choose.

Hi there 4th gen guys. I have qquite a bit of experience on this. I have a KN, and a MSFLOW, and I also own a Weapon R Dragon Filter.... I tried them all, and I would go with the KN. These other filters look like over priced sponges, and I dont feel that I can get proper filtering from any of them. The problem with the KN was that some were allegedly coming over- oiled from the factory. I put my hands through a MSFLOW, and a Dragon. These claim to use a Tactifying agent.. Belive me this AGENT == OIL ! Look at my home page, I have Pics of the MSFLOW and the KN. Either way, Steve makes a great product. I have had a significant gain in my upper ranges of HP. Besides that, it SOUNDS AWESOME !!!

dave where did you get that motion sickness sticker i need like 10 of them

i think i might just go back to K/N and sell off the remaining Monster Flow's OR if matt comes through today and get's some apexi filters for a good price. i know they will be more then i'm paying for k/n or monster flows but for the piece of mind they will bring it's more then worth it for you guys, esp since i won't raise prices. i jsut hope i can get them for 50 bucks or so in quantity so i don't loose A LOT on every sale just a little. another idea i had for you 2k2 guys what to stop integrating the Breather line and just include a breather filter. i thought about this before but decided integration might be better but it wouldn't be any more money to get some of those since i won't have to drill the whole and weld it or anything. maybe i should post a couple polls. also bluefish(dan ziegler) called me and wants some to use on his customer's cars over at smithtown nissan so i jsut need to get my filter choice decided. i think the problem with the overoiled k/n's has to do with teh size of the filter too, i use an oversized filter, like twice as big as is required for a maxmia application and i think my next order of k/n's will be for the ones that are only about 33% bigger then are required that i used originally, someone said that they switched filters on a dyno and got 2hp more but i think that was jsut run variance. i used that smaller filter and got my 10hp. god there are so many decision about stupid fitlers to make this keep me up at night.
