H4 Wiring

Ok for anyone who knows and especially those with the Cefiro 1 piece. Where do I get this wiring harness? Do I use the APC H4? The wiring diagram looked like I needed to use a rocker switch. Will our stock wires handle that extra wattage that the H4 uses?

The H4 wattage is about the same 55/60 VS. 45/65 for the 9004's so you shouldn't need to upgrade the stock wiring harness.

I would solder the H4 plug to the existing harness, so yoiu get a good connection. As for the wiring harness, a plain sealed beam harness from any auto store should fit. ALso I think Nissan dealers can sell you a "repair harness" ( a plug with a short wire )for about $10.

The APC H4 would certainly work, but you shouldn't need it unless you are trying to run higher wattage bulbs.

The APC harness looked like I would have to run a second switch just for my lights... I want use of my stock light switch.

I wouldn't go with the APC harness then. I think some aftermarket harness plug into the factory 9004 sockets, of course you need to wire into the battery connections, but at least you wouldn't need an additional switch. I don't blame you for not wanting another switch

Re: H4 Wiring

The stock wiring will be fine. Just go to a local junkyard and find a couple of H-4 sockets, that's all you need to get.
