Who makes these rims?

Anyone know what company makes these rims? The look really similiar to Axis Muse. Does anyone have these on their ride?

Are these expensive? They don't have them on wheelmax.com or whalentires.com. Do you know where I can purchase them?

AVS Model 5.

http://www.wheeloptions.com/wheel/avs/model5.html

It's about the same price as Volk Racing wheels. You are not going to find Japanese wheels on Whaletires or Wheelmax...lol

I really want these rims but they seem very $$$$$. I want them in 18's. But Axis Muse only offers in 19's. Are they're any other rims that look identical to those?

It seems that the spokes are more wider than Axis Muse. Can anyone confirm that?

Re: real close

The ADR Kasai's spokes are a little wider than the Model-5's. check out the Speedy Atix-5 at wheelmax, they look alomost identical to the the Advan's.

I bet Speedy Atix-5 comes out of the same factory as the ADR Kasai.

18X8. 32mm or 38mm offset. 38mm would be the right one.

You cannot compare the quality of the advan rim to the adr or axis wheel. Although they look similar thats where it ends. Obviously thats why there is such a price difference. The advan is an excellent quality lightweight wheel.

Speedy wheels are made in Australia, don't know about quality, they weigh 22lbs so not to heavy. only bad thing is they have a 45mm offset which is bit high.

of course these can't compare to the Advan'ss in quality but they also cost about $300 less a piece

Yup those are Advan AVS model 5. They are very expensive wheels light weight and simple yet awsome. You can buy them here they hooked me up and they offer discount to Maxima.org members www.autoimaging.com . Sometimes it is worth getting something better to avoid frustration and hassle that sometimes comes with cheaper products.
