CAI for S/C during winter and rain ok??
CAI for S/C during winter and rain ok??
If one were to do a cold air intake for their supercharger, what happens during rain and the winter months? I know during the winter the entire wheel well gets caked with snow and ice. Is there something that people do to combat these problems? Or any new idea's suggestions to do so the filter and rear portion of the foglight doesn't get soaked? Thanks for any help!

Unless you plan on driving in standing water that is up to the top of your fenerwell I wouldn't worry about it. The fenderlining does its job at keeping the CAI from sucking up any water. Now if you plan on forcing air in by adding on a RAM air setup to feed air in from the front of the car (under the foglight) then you might have a problem.
