sTRANGE rattling noises out of my parents 5th gen

it seems to b comin from the dash area ... near the bose system
the right side...
took it to the dealship they sed they fixed it but still same situation
alos my dad got a custom Ebrake bag sewn up at a nearby store it looks nice. I dont know why the 5th gens came without a bag over the ebrake the 4thgens got it ...
weird..
if there is enuf interest i can find out a price for a group deal my dad paid 25 canadian
which is about 1 6 american...
