Bumper paint remover

Bull Dog makes this chemical that suppose to strip the paint off flexible (rubber) bumper. I saw it for the first time at Pep Boys. No more sanding If it works as good as the auto paint stripper, this would save me a lot work prepping the front lip for repaint.

Be careful with that stuff and with a front lip. That poly-ethelene "could" be warped or eaten away by the stripper/remover. I tried an aerosol can paint stripper from Lowe's/Home Depot and it made some funky waves in the plastic of the front lip. Had to sand that sucker down after that. But on a front bumper or harder plastic, that stripper will work perfectly fine.

Tony, funny you're paonting the spoilier. I'm doing tsame thing.
Lots of manual sanding. I've consider buying a new one, my time is worth more than that!!

I did have an extra front lip last year, and right before nopi, I sent it off to a professional bumper stripping place and they couldn't do it. The chemicals just made the lip into a big piece of beef jerky looking slop. Now I'm down to one

I was waiting on Jeff Kuo and his front bumper/spoiler, but it is not going to happen, so I guess a new sarona lip may be?

you coming for HIN?? email me if you are.
later.
