Falken Vs Kumho ?

I am getting new tires for my 18x8 moda r6's and the Falkens and Kumhos seemed good for their price......just wondering which would be better.

How much are you getting them for? I've heard that Khumos are noisy - but they grip the road pretty well

I have Kumho's and even though I have crappy stock suspension, they grip very well. Handling in the rain is awesome too.

Kuhmos are excellent tires but they do somewhat serve their time up more quickly than other brands.

I have the Falken FK451's. They're pretty good. Wet and dry handling is nice. I'll find out about how it likes snow in 5 months.

I say Falke is a better tire for the money. They are also lighter than kumhos.

I had Falkens on my Honda. Great handling, epsecially in wet weather. Held up great too. I'll probably get them again when I get my new wheels for the Max.

I just ordered my 19's, I had a choice of both, but I went with Nitto 555's... they cost more, but Ive heard too much shady stuff about Kuhmo, and I had Falkens before, and traction STANK ! Just my .02 ..

my friend with a pretty fast WRX has the Falken Azinis; he says that they are really great on dry tarmac, but do not perform well in any wet conditions. My other friend with the 712's says they're great for everything but snow.

Get the Zeix 512s. They're Z rated & Mud + Snow. Good in the dry and wet so far after 2 months. They're also advertising them in SCC mag now.
