Constant Bumping at 60MPH

A few days ago I was driving at 60MPH and I felt a constant bumping - like I had a few nails in the tire. I pulled over and checked all the tires and nothing. It has been a few days and since then I have tried a few things to figure out exactly which wheel the problem is coming from. I think it is coming from the front passenger side wheel. There are no noises or weird reactions from the steering system. Everything seems to be running fine. At first I thought it was because the road was bumpy but when I got on completely flat newly paved highway it was still thumping. Here's what I think the problem is. I think the drum that the tire is on got bent out of shape and is causing a slight bump every time the tire rolls over that spot. That's why when I'm going at slow speeds I don't feel it but when I go at higher speeds I feel it more. If this is not what it is do you think it is serious?

That's really not good. A very serious but, unfortunately common, problem with Maximas.

I'll go ahead let you know you're probably going to end up needing new wheels, tires, brake rotors and muffler bearings before this is totally fixed.

I think you have wheel tramp which is when the wheel is not only out of balance but the wheel is not perfectly round and is thumping up and down as you drive higher speeds. Have you ever braked really hard causing them to lock up?

I recommend triple gold muffler bearings. They are much more effective. You might also want to consider purified racing air. Much better than "regular" air.
