Am i the only person that does this. Winter driving sucks hard core. So i go to an empty lot and do emergency type driving stuff. You know what you cant predict how to drive in the snow but when $hit happens you can act better in the situation. Its also kinda fun goin about 20-30 and crankin on the ebrake and then turning the tires and spinning while trying to control it.

=) you know whats funny i was actually stopped by a cop in my home town and he asked what i was doin - he said ok just dont be here in 2 hours. then he left and he did a lil fish tail for me. hehe that was funny =P ( i live in a small town with a pop of 5000)

my bet is that your doing it for fun and the "winter driving" BS is just to justify that your getting something out of it.

i do that at the begining of every winter during the first storm .. just to let myself know what's gonna happen when and if i need to slam on the brakes....

its a good idea and people should try it...

It's a good idea to know how to handle an emergency before the emergency occurs. People who know how their car will behave in certain situations are better prepared for those unexpected events. I can't wait for a good snow here to practice in my new Max this year! I think it is a good idea.
