www.wheelmax.com ? Deal or not?

Checking them out, it seems like they have pretty good deals.
Anyone deal with them before? Good or bad.
What other places have nice wheel/tire deals ?

It is a "ok" deal.

but if you request bigger tires, which we absolutely need, they will try to rape you.

I don't like wheelmax.

www.whalentire.com is MUCH MUCH better.

Wheelmax has a helluva better selection than whalentire. They do bend you over when you upgrade the tires but their specials pricing makes up for the difference.
I paid $1050 shipped for 17x7.5 5zigen copse with 235/45/17 toyo proxies.

I guess it depends on who you talk to

I was looking at some Kasai wheels, and the special price was 799 or something. I asked for 245/45s, and the sales dude said it will be 1299.

They are on commission, so be careful.

I purchased my wheels from them . . very helpful, easy to order. Overall good experience. I had only purchased wheels from them 'cuz that's all I had money for at the time so I know shipping to Boston will be $90. I think they do have a better selection of wheels than whalentire.

wheelmax blows.. they sent me the wrong wheels and then claimed it my fault and wouldnt pay to reship.. and then wanted all this extra money.. i personally do not like them, whether their car gallery is good or not i know of a lot of wheel/tire shops that have pictures of cars they dont even know.
