Opinions on a Mitsubishi Starion Intercooler...

I have a chance to pick up one for a decent amount. It was just polished and pressure tested at 20psi with no leaks. Anyone know of any good or bad experiences with them? Any input on the subject is welcomed. Thanks in advance...

supposedly not very efficient. even DSM people rather stick with their side mount intercoolers.
