Quick Maxima vs Quicker S4

I saw him in my rearview as I was heading on an errand. On my way BACK from the errand, he was heading back the way we had both just come. Visibly he had exhaust and was lowered with some REALLY wide tires on stock wheels. It was debadged.

We ended up ahead of traffic coming up to a redlight. It turned green as we were both slowing down, I was in 2nd at about 30, he was in 2nd as well I'm sure. Light went green and we both went. He left me. I chirped 3rd and then let off at about 65-70, as did he. He put 2 full lengths on me in this short span. I got up next to him and asked him if he was chipped (I knew he was from the way he left me) and he said yes, APR chip, he had intake and exhaust and downpipe as well.

Now I'm 0-3 against modded S4s. Damn twin turbo V6 ***** I need my VI and ECU to get here... maybe then he would only put 1 length on me in a 3 second race

If you get turbocharged you would be WHALING on lots of cars...your cars already quick as hell right now. Seeing as how Nigels turbo seems to make tons of power, have you ever considered it? Makes alot more torque then the Stillen V2 as well.

Not a bad race though considering his car probubly is worth at least 3 times as much as yours.

Here's one. Honda only took 1/2 of the cylinders and displacement to get as much hp as Ford when their dohc V8 4.6 was introduced

Yeah, I think all those 10,000 rpm F1 guys feel the same way.

Go drive a semi or something

Well if it makes you feel any better I've smoked 2 S4's and have yet to lose to one (although I only raced those two). I'm sure there are faster S4's out there, but these two were mildly mod'd from what I could tell, at least exhaust (prolly boost controlled too). At any rate, score 2 for the Nissan Camp, now we only need one more victory to be tied.
