Just found their number from my paypal history, I'm gonna give them a call tomorrow if they're open and find out where the h*ll my 2 catbacks are. I've pay him earlier than tzmales and others but I haven't received mine yet. Hopefully I can get some answer.

I ordered it on Monday and got it today!!! I payed the $268.38 price, $10 more than the group deal, but well worth the $10 for the fast delivery!!!!

It looks good, I just hope everthing is right with the issues I have been hearing about??

 

WTF!!! I'm definitely gonna give them a call. They are so disorganized. After this catback, I'll never do business with them again.
Also went to their website again, its funny how they say customers satisfation is their #1 priority. I can see a lot of us aren't satisfy at all, dam* this is making me mad.

 

I got both peices today...but on the muffler it sais for 97-98 maximas and I clearly wrote 96 in big letters...I dont know what to do...I think the difference is in the B-pipe between years maybe...hopefully

I did some seerious looking and I can't fins $hit! There is a fax number, and based on that I did some searching of numbers based on that number. I did not find anything. I think this is a guy doing business out of his house. Good Luck! I tried, but I can't dig up $hit on 'em. If you find anything, let me know!!!!!! I received mine today. I think I was one of the first people to order + pay before the the group deal was even really put together. Anyways--I put in all my emails that I wanted one for a 96, and they sent me a 97-99 as well. Not sure what I am going to do with it. Received one box with the rear section+muff, and the b pipe was taped up and bagged.

Yea mine came in the same kind of setup...the muffler was in a big box and the b-pipe was taped up..If the company doesnt have one for 96, like the sellers said on this stupid Group Deal, then Ill just have to sell it to a .orgy..I do not want to have the exhaust stick out..they said there was one for 96 and here are two guys that got 97-98 ones

I found the number off of the paypal history. 1800-957-0644 but it only leads to his voice mail. So I emailed him and hopefully he'll give me some good new.

Just read my email and he ask what my name, address and zip code is and that was it. So I have no idea if its already sent or not.

 

Okay, I just got another email from him saying that its on the way so we'll see how long it'll take. So much for the tracking numbers. I suggest those who hasn't received their should write a email kinda to get his *** moving a little faster.

Hey Matt---not sure what you are talking about. Why don't you come down to my house right now, and help me install this unit. It is not even CLOSE!!!!!!! It sticks out 4 inches and the mouting points are all wrong. Not to mention there is a bung for an o2 sensor in the b-pipe---for which I don't have an 02 sensor. What should I put in that hole smart guy? If you don't know what you are talking about---tell your mom---don't come on here and post. Nothing worse than people posting false information and bull schit just to sound intelligent.

Fed EX just delivered the exhaust system. It's totally wrong!! The parts I received are for a 97-98 Max. I clearly stated in my email to them also in my paypal order that i needed one for a 96. Also there is a good size dent in the b pipe. I took pics and emailed them and will be waiting for a response from ssautochrome. If they did not have the right ones in stock I would have been more than happy to wait to get the one I really needed.

the muffler may be the same. I think the biggest difference is the O2 sensor tube on the b-pipe(which I still don't have)

I'd like to get my hands on Mr. SSAutoChrome, I live almost close enough to. I used to fly in and out of NC with my old IT job every now and then......too bad I don't work there anymore, I'd love to look him up. I have NO doubt in my mind this is a Home/Garage one man operation. Heck, I can drop ship from my business too, and the customer thinks it comes directly from me.
Like I said, anybody got a system for a 97 I'll tke it off your hands, for a profit too!

if you dont have an o2 sensor put a bung in the bunghole.

i think everyone thats waiting just needs to wait for this place to come thru and deliver. its all about patience, and just because mecca got his mad quick doesnt mean its 5 days delivery for everyone, thats not usually how fast shipping goes on an item of this size. best of luck to everyone- im going to be waiting on mine too. just let the fumes clear out though

Listen smart guy, I emailed the seller three frig*n times and he said "Do not listen to the sticker, all the exhausts will fit from 95-99 with no problem"

this guy is upsetting me... i sent him out a money order on jan 26th, and he claims that he has not recived it yet!!!! wtf??? it has had pleanty of time to reach him... i sure hope i am not going to get screewed out of this...

 

And no phone number to boot! This guy is a CHEAT! I hope you get something for your money, can you cancel the check? If you did it at your bank (cahsiers check) you should be able to cancel the check. I think he's an a$$hole. I tried to get in on this deal, now i'm glad I didn't.

Let just say after this dam* deal is said and done, we should inform the rest of the org. and others about his business practices so they don't run into the same situation again. Personally, I'll never buy from this guy again and I'll never recommend it to anyone. I just wish there was something we could do to get everyone their catbacks soon so we're all happy.

Blkmax95c- I sorry to hear that he didn't receive your payment, I mean come on, you're the one who set this whole deal up WTF? This is getting way out of hand. First, only some of us get their catbacks . Second, incorrect fitment for the 95-96s and now he's saying you haven't paid? Whats next?

I just got an email from service@ssautochrome.com
He stated that the group deal was ONLY for the 97+ cat backs. He refuses to offer an exchange. Now I am ****ed. Everyone who ordered 95-96, you will be getting a 97+. I tried to isntall mine yesterday and it does NOT fit. It is about 4 inches too long, and the hangers don't line up with our stock locations so well---they are also about 4 inches off. We also have no use for the 02 sensor bung in the b-pipe and need to weld that shut. This sucks.

 

The people who have 95-96 maxima's, you shouldn't have trouble reselling it. As you can see from this thread and the one in the Group Deal forum, there are many 97+ people looking for this exhaust.

Again, if anyone is local to the Philly area or surrounding area, and got the wrong one, email me and I'll take it off your hands.

 

Anyone in the Atlanta area that got the wrong exhaust I'll come pick it up. If you live farther away just leave it packaged and drop it off at a UPS office and I'll pay the shipping and some extra for your trouble!

I tried to get in on the deal but couldn't. So I'm looking for one. However I would be willing to bet that with a good muffler shop it could be modified to fit a 95-96. But if you are not wanting to go through the trouble. I will certinally buy it from you ....like I said, with a profit in it for you.

That was all he had to say. If they are all the same why do we have the extra bunghole in the b-pipe that we do not need? I also had a dent in the b-pipe and he sent me another email about that:

Why do you have to pay for damaged goods? Uhhhhhhh maybe he dosen't care about his customers......he told me the group deal was OFF before he told the rest of you he would even ship. (Feb 15th) I asked for one wayyyyyyy before that. Just be glad you even got one, and a complete one at that. I hear some people have not received but half of their order.

How would you modify the exhaust to fit our cars ??? Why, from the beginning, he was saying he has a differnt exhaust for the 95-96 since I never wanted to exhaust to stick out?? Thats why I ordered it..
