Get Em Outta here prices Apexi WS, ACT, Unorthodox UDP...

OK guys.. our shop BZ Autosports is trying to "break into" the world of Maximas. I am and have been a maxima owner and .org'er for about 4 years now. So we decided we'd get rid of a few Maxima items we have laying around. If response is good we can offer group buys on these items at even lower prices.

We are located in Minneapolis, MN and of course shipping charges are only "actual" charges no inflated prices.

ACT Clutch.. pressure plate and disc $270
(save yourself $$ and get a throw-out/release bearing from your local parts shop)

Apexi World Sport Catback 95-99 Max's $400

Unorthodox Crank Pulley for 95-99 Cars (polished in color) $170.00

I only have 1 of each for now.. its first come first serve. Email away!

I'll be checking some #'s on stuff tommorow and have some VERY good pricing for a couple of group deals. Would you guys rather see a group buy on

ACT Clutches
Progress Springs/Tokico Struts
Unorthodox Crank Pulley

email or PM me if interested. justinmc89@hotmail.com

A group deal on clutches would be good. Most people already have a cat back exhaust or don't want one. The crank pulley is good but there are other places that sell crank pulleys as low as $80. You'll have to drop the price on the UDP to get someone to buy it. probably on the catback also.

But that price is pretty good for the UR pulley. The $80 one isn't UR. And it may function the same, but you still can't compare the UR to another brand pricewise.

I know. Custom maxima sells them for $185. On ebay they have them out sometimes for $130. The only reason I brought up the other UDP is because from everyone that has one they seem to be just as good of a mod as the UR pulley. They weigh like .2 or .1 more than the UR pulley. Then there is a guy that is selling his udp for $140 that weighs less than the UR pulley.

The parts we have in stock (disc and press plate) are
N015 and NSD007M These are considered "stage 1" as ACT DOES NOT offer "stage 2" clutches for the Maxima. Stage "2" would be an extreme pressure plate which doesn't exist for this application. They do however offer a 4 and 6 puck "race" disc option using the same pressure plate. There is no need for such a disc for normal street use.. or even in most cases dedicated track use (I know several DSM guys running street clutches in the low 10's).

The kit # I would be offering the group buy on is part # NM1-HDMM

Thanks. Justin

To be honest I haven't priced them lately. Usually their in the $12-15 range. I know you can get one in a lovely Nissan box for about $25 which is actually less than ACT charges for them (yes I have had them out of the box side by side... its scary.. same bearing # and everything .......)

Yup Shadow is right... UR is in no way shape or form even comparable to the "other" pulley's out there.
Not to say that there is anything wrong with those cheaper pulleys but I honestly don't believe they have the quality in manufacturing and engineering behind them that UR does. Not to mention the excellent tech support/warranty claim... (not that they've had a "real" warranty claim on UR in forever.. except the kid or two who installed their cam gears wrong and bent valves on their hondas ....).

All in all.. you get what you pay for.. cheaper pulleys aren't neccessarily a bad thing I just tend to put my $$ and our shops investment into items that already have the good rep behind them.

Well luckily there are still people like you in the world to make all the expensive manufacturers in the world stay in business.
I wasn't saying look somewhere else for products but why not sell the UR udp for $150 if it's you last one. I think you can afford to lose $20. Your ACT clutch is an awesome price however I think most maxima owners look to the NM1 HDMM clutch for the maxima so they don't break axles among other things. If you can go less than $270 on the NM1 HDMM clutch you'll probably get a lot of interest.

Why should he have to lose anything on a sale? You want people to come on here and just give stuff away. You need to stop trolling and posting crap in these forums to ruin business for people. Let people post the prices they want to, if you don't like the prices, email them or use the PM function!

Wow, you truly are cheap. If nobody wants to pay $170 for the UR UDP, they don't have to. Buy it off eBay if you think his price is too high, your choice. But you can't dictate what his business charges for an item (especially when it's a pretty good price already).

Read his post again, he said that the part number he's offering for the Maxima would be NM1 HDMM. And $270 is a really good price for that unit already. How low is he supposed to go?

ACT deal it is

I'll give it a couple days before I post the whole details and final pricing. Looks like most guys are interested in the ACT deal. If I have 5 or so guys interested in the UR deal I'll do that too.. but right now ACT is probably going to be it. I'll post details in a new thread over the weekend. Keep in mind I still have the Apexi Catback and one of the UR UDP's in stock right now ready to go.

Maybe this type of reasoning is why we do not have more vendors coming on here to sell stuff... why would it be suggested this guy lose his shirt to satisfy one member who may or may not even buy anything?

I really believe that we do not get more vendor traffic here because people jump their $hit for cheaper prices and they really don't sell anything.

Nothing personal but let's give the guy a chance to help the community.
