5th Gen Maxima Eyelids

OK guys, I thought this post was more appropriate in the 5th forum because this pertains to 5th gens only. I have two groupbuys going in one forum. One is for the 2000-2001 Headlight eyelids and the other one is for 2002-2003 headlight eyelids. Go ahead and check it out. The URL is in my sig and so is the site with the photoshop. - Jitek

Re: 5th Gen Maxima Eyelids

Hello,

As many of you know Vishaal (vsmax) was in a serious accident 2 nights ago.

This is his Tech team for the 2000-2003 eye lids,

PLEASE BEAWARE THAT VSMAX HAS PUT OUT COPYRIGHTS ON ALL 5GEN
(2000-2003) EYELIDS TO BE MADE!

"(this idea for the eye lids are to be manufatured...they are in the making...no other eye lids for 2000-2003 maybe reproduced or sold w/o my permission...copyrights are in affect as of this morning)"

Permission was supposed to be granted by Mr. Pandya. No permission or consent was given by him. A legal team has already been notified and will persist to get in touch with you.

If you would like this matter to be discussed outside of www.maxima.org we may do so.

I urge you to not call Mr. Pandya at his home or on his cell phone per his accident.

Please send all emails of infromation to:
vishaal@bww.com

Thank You

No offense but you cant copywright/patent them. You know all he has to do is make his 1/2" longer and you dont have a say in court.

you cannot patent an eyelid without proof of the design - and since we were still 'voting' on them a week ago, I dont think we need to discuss this any further(btw two of those photos are my car and my design)..and one more thing how about I already have them

Can you please be more specific? How can you go off and copyright putting eyelids for the 5th gen maximas? For the sake of arguement, let's say I own a 5th gen maxima and I made myself some eyebrows for the car. And it looked very similar to the ones you are making but it isn't. It came from my own design and my own mold. Say I were to throw these eyelids onto my car, I'd be in trouble? I mean, clear this up for me, I'm so confused. What you're telling me is not making any sense. Can you show me some proof where it says what you are telling me? I'm sorry, I'm not meaning to sound like a d*ck but it's just not making any sense to me. - Jitek

What does the accident have to do with eyelids???? Is this guy nuts, this is a design not a story, Copyright is only for written text. You mean you have a Patent Pending, okay, your going to spend a few grand to make a part that mounts to a headlight. Dude, wake up and stop smelling your Carbon Fiber Resin. If you have a Patent Pending, every guy on the org can still make the identical part, you have no way of stopping them. Once you do have this idea done, its pretty much a given that nobody on here is going to buy a part from someone that acts like a baby not getting his way. So go away and stop ruining everyone elses threads. Chris

Vishaal has a sprained right index finger, a broken left pinky, a 4 inch gash on this head, an bruised collar bone and an abrasion over his heart.

Vishaal can not type!

I saw your post in the other in his accident thread...you have some major problems...chill out!

Guys, let's relax a bit here. The tensions getting high. I received an e-mail with a sincere apology. There was a mild misunderstanding. ( I will let you choose if you want to tell them what happened). To make a long story short, the group buy is still underway and will progress. Thanks for your support guys. - Jitek

Umm, they are not made yet. You can either prepay right now for $41+S&H, or you can order after the group buy ends for $61+S&H - Jitek

Sorry, I don't know how VSmax's looks. I was looking at the thread, and it seemed like he didn't have an idea either. Like people were just throwing ideas out here and there. To be honest, I didn't even know that he was already doing eyelids until a day or two after i started this. You can go to my site that's in my sig, that's really pretty much how they will look. I'm not going to be modifying it much because that's pretty much what everyone is expecting. - Jitek
