Find out where he lives, and get someone to go there. I was not scammed, but I get more angry everytime I read this thread. I do not care what excuse he has, the fact is you gave him money and got nothing in return. You deserve your money back immediately, and if not, start charging interest at the national interest rate.

I hate to chime in, because I lost no money, but if the guy is actually giving peeps refunds, just try to work with him. Im sure he's not rich. Seems like he also got screwed....thats all, I can see

This guy has me thoroughly confused, one min. he gives a very believeable story about him gettin screwed, offers refunds to first 5 b/c he's saved up, and then nothing. It's like you want to believe his story, but lack of action on his part makes the entire thing seem pretty shady IMO.

I just found this thread now, this is a very interesting situation, on one side he keeps delaying like a scammer would, but on the other side he keeps coming back and updating like an honest person would...
