Since I haven't seen 96white post in a while I decided to take matters into my own hands. So I called technosquare. I spoke with Danny (from technosquare) and he said that the GD only applies to 4th gens with 95-96 ecu's and that he will need at least 20 people to get that deal. He wants to get a list of all the people that are going to be in it this time because he got burnt in the last GD, only 10 to 12 people went through with it out of 20 that were supposed too. So I told him that I would be in charge of making sure he got the list. I also asked him what the turnaround time would be for our ecu's and he said that it takes about 2-4 days after they received it for us to get them back. They send all ecu's via air freight to speed things up. If you have any questions call technosquare and speak to Danny the p# is: 1 (310) 787-0847.

Thanks nanomax for taking the initiative. That is a great deal. I really would love to get in on this deal. How long do we have till this deal ends? When we hit 20 people? I have a bodykit waiting to get painted and have barely enough cash for that, but this is so tempting.. Maybe i should wait on the bodykit and get this.. hmmm.......

It's not going to happen. The 95/96 ECU is what you will have to use if you want one.

From What I've read techno's ecu should be a little better than JWT's ecu the only advantage for JWT would be if you have a MEVI but w/o techno's programming is better.

I'm assuming the price is going to be $380 again, if so are you going to do a down payment until we get everyone or just $380 and then send it out?

I'm still down (96 5spd)
I hope we can get the numbers to do this. If not, I think G-force would be very accomodating (they told me a year ago they would honor an old group deal of $395 for just me) - I assume there program is very similar to techno's (someone please correct me if I am wrong on this)

From what I've read on posts around the org you can expect a gains similar to that of a y-pipe but instead of just getting gains on the high end of your rpm's (3500-6500) like with a y-pipe, you will get gains throughout the whole rpm range (0-6500) and as an added bonus techno's programming adds more fuel to the mix towards redline so that you wont feel the power drop as you reach 6500 rpm's. I hop that answered some of your questions.

First we have to get at least 20 people in on the deal and then I have to call Danny at technosquare and give him all twenty names. After that you will have to give him a call to assure payment, send in your ecu and get it reprogrammed. He said that after he receives our ecu's the process wont take no longer than 2 days and that after ecu's have been reprogrammed they will ship them out to us via air freight for quick delivery. So the toltal process will probably take around 4 days more or less.
