The HPR5 will be more, the pricing on it is not as "relaxed" as the Lightning as it is a new wheel for HP. They are currently getting the catalogue ready, where I will be posting some pics for all of you. I will start a new thread for the HPR5's when my pricing is finalized this Monday.

just a word to the wise anyone who wants some advice about rubbing

I have 245/40-18s on 18x8s that never rubbed until i slammed my car but they barely nick the inner fender at full lock unless you're slammed dont worry about it
i also run 19x8.5 on 245/35-19s and they rub more (tire choice mostly) same offset 35mm other tire size for that wheel would be 235/35-19 but just dont hit any potholes

BUT! if you're running staggered... especially 19x9.5s in the back with a 35mm offset what size tire are you planning to run?? a 265 will rub a 275 will turn into a 265 after time be wise about your tire choices you can still run a 245 on 9.5s I believe but they will crown out a bit

and its a must that you roll you fenders in the back... (all this advice is for lowered cars ehehe)

choose wisely! nice wheels great price!!

are there any other sizes for 18s?? maybe that will fit on a Lexus GS?? 18x8 18x10?? 45mm offset?

Are the spacers H&R? Are they Nissan Maxima Hub centric? I have heard that spacers are not a good idea from discount so I am worried.

Harry

what is the offset and weight of the HPR5s (18x8). Do you think there will be a problem as well with the center caps fitting on these? I would like to get in on the first shipment. Just need to see some real pics of the wheel first. Thanks!

Wheel and tire packages:

If HP can get their hands on the rubber (Falken 512's 245/40/18)
18" wheel and tire package
$1270 (used to be $1225 but HP changed its pricing)
Shipped anywhere within Cont US

If HP can get their hands on the rubber (Falken 502's 245/35/19)
19" wheel and tire package
$1775
Shipped anywhere within Cont US

I am getting a list of what is on the container today.

Ok I have just got off the phone with my rep, and I have good and bad news..

Good news is that the shipment is on time...the bad news is that there are no HPR5's on the shipment. They are scheduled on the next contianer scheduled for mid March to end of March. And no pics yet. The rim from Sema is at the photographer so the catalogue should be out soon. I apologize but I can only go off what information my rep has given me. I hope he is on the ball this time. Everyone that has placed deposits with exception to Polo, I have placed your orders.

The gd is good for probably the next shipment End of March. I really want to get the HPR5's out and selling. Rubbing shouldn't be a factor, i am running 20x8.5 with an offset of 38 and not rub a dub. HPR5 does come in Dark.
