No rush here, as long as they get here its all that matters to me. Your always coming up with new parts and products for our cars so dont let them discourage you from doing future deals. Business isnt easy..

Alright just got confirmation (like pulling teeth from those people) that they arrived in the US, they will be shipping them out to me ASAP, which should arrive to me next week. I will ship them out to everyone the second that I have them.

Big thanks to Maxmojo. Let's keep this thread going as people install this hood. This way we can work through installation issues and avoid mistakes. This will be my first experience with installing hood pins. I'll try to take as much pictures as I can during installation.

Change of plans... They f'd up again and did not send the hood latches. Once again without informing me. I will have them overnight it to me but will not get here until Thursday.

just recieved my tracking number...cant wait to get the hood. iv been lookin for write ups on how to install cuz i dont want to jak nethin up. can neone send me links. i found a couple but not too sure i ilike them.
also, wat r the best hood pins to buy? from where? and avg prices? i want either black or a silver. nothin that is too shiny.

Just picked up my hood and installed it. Awesome quality!!! one problemo, doesnt seem to close at all with the stock latch. Looks like this is going to be a hood pin project.

One more thing, you're gonna have to drill the washer nossle holes a bit bigger to fit stock ones, and you cant use your stock hood struts, dunno if that was addressed before, anyhow....THANKS AGAIN!!

You can adjust the OEM latch assembly. Anyway, I don't have my hood yet so I'm just guessing.

An update guys. Didn't want to drill holes in the hood for the time being so I went at it again with the hood latch. Two things, I did initially adjust the hood latch, I moved it up but it still wasn't closing, I sat there with a light and tried to see what was keep it from locking and it was the latch itself. It needs to be trimmed down some so it clear the bracket on the hood itself. 5 mins job and now the hood closes fine. I will post up pics and a pic of where it needs to be trimmed. Really sick hoods for the price, cant go wrong!

Thanks for the info, I'll keep that in mind. I picked mine up last night and I'm going to install it tomorrow. Great quality stuff and a great price... thanks again MaxMojo... I"ll see if I can get a digicam to take some pics over the weekend.

Just installed my hood, fitment is 99% perfect.I did not have to shave the latch any but i did have to cut about a centimeter on the underside of the hood where the latch is. Also you will have to cut for the winshield nozzles. Excellent quality. Hey MAX420, did u make a rectangle hole to put the windshield nozzles in??how??
Edit: Also, if u want to use the heat absorber thing (underneath the hood), u will have to drill the holes.
